How do I start working with your team?

Congratulations on arriving to this point and taking a proactive approach to your future.

All too often we see Fresno home owners in distressed situations, simply not motivated to pursue the solutions available to them. We don’t subscribe to the “hide your head in the sand” approach, and apparently neither do you.

LET’S GET STARTED

Before we schedule an introductory appointment, we have found it beneficial for our clients to gather up a short list of items. This small amount effort now makes our initial appointment that much more productive, and these are items we will be asking you for soon anyway.

Here’s what you need to gather:

  • The past three months of mortgage statements.
    • Must show balances, account numbers and lender contact info.
    • If there is a second loan, HELOC, etc. we will need three months of statements on this loan as well.
  • Two years of your most recent tax returns.
    • Not your W-2s.
    • You will only need Form 1040 (the front page summary).
  • Your last three months of bank statements.
    • Must include all pages of the bank statement.
    • Must have your personal information printed on it to prove they are your statements.
  • Your three most recent paycheck stubs.
    • Include unemployment benefit checks stubs, if necessary.
    • If self-employed, a six-month P&L statement.

If you’re the type of person that is organized, then this list won’t be too difficult to gather.

There will be a few more items we will need after we talk, but this is a good list to start working from for now.
